After a few stretching/warm-up exercises, the students will learn some of the basic asanas (postures) of Hatha yoga with guided step-by-step instruction and gentle sun salutations. Following the asanas, the students will practice relaxation techniques; allowing their mind and body to rest, releasing stress, tension and any negative energy they may be holding on to. Students will leave the class feeling refreshed, totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
