Vinyasa Yoga Basics
Vinyasa Yoga Basics is the foundation for your yoga practice. Learn the fundamentals of Power Vinyasa Yoga as we break down the physical form and alignment of each pose, as well as safe modifications which make this practice accessible to all students of all levels. The focus of this class is to build the framework for your yoga practice including focused breathing and strong, safe poses with proper alignment. This practice is taught at a slower pace to focus on connecting breath with movement while learning the sequence of poses.
In this 75-minute yoga practice you will energize your body and mind, while building strength, flexibility and overall vitality. This class is designed to deepen your understanding of the practice. Whether you are new to Vinyasa yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to come, learn and practice.
We practice in a warm room to facilitate flexibility and range of motion – please bring water, towel and a mat.
This is a style of Yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath-synchronized movements. In this class, you will experience a variety of poses liked together in a sequence. No two classes are ever the same experience. The nature of this type of yoga helps to develop a more balanced body energizing you from internal heat.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
The Power Vinyasa class is based on the teachings and style of Baron Baptiste and is an energetic, powerful and challenging style of yoga that emphasizes breath, flow and heat.
Built on the foundation set in Vinyasa Yoga Basics, Power Vinyasa Yoga includes more poses to create challenging and fun sequences. While expanding on the principles of physical alignment and breath, you will be challenged to play with your edge and move outside your comfort zone – waking up to what is possible on your mat and in your life! In this Baptiste inspired Power Vinyasa practice you will build strength and flexibility, release tension and clear your mind while having fun exploring your own creative possibilities.
This 90-minute practice is playful, engaging and sweaty! We practice in a room is heated to 85-90 degrees, please bring water, towel and a mat.

Saturday: 8:00-9:30 am, with Martha
This Practice is designed to be beneficial for everyone. We begin with instruction on breathing and centering, allowing stillness to enter the body and mind. Students will experience classic asanas, or postures, of Hatha yoga with guided step-by-step instruction. After the physical practice students will surrender with the practice of shavasana or yoga relaxation, allowing their mind and body to rest and release stress, tension and negative energy. Students will leave the class feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.

A challenging, steady-paced vinyasa flow class that uses movement and breath to build strength, stamina, and flexibility while renewing your energy and spirit. This class is practiced in a heated room to increase flexibility and detoxification. You’ll leave revitalized and restored. While all levels of practice are welcome, a basic understanding of the yoga poses is helpful due to the pace of the class
