Body Sculpt

You never know what kind of exercises you’ll be doing in this class. You could be using stability balls, body bars or dumbbells, or maybe you’ll engage in high and low reps. No matter what you experience in each class, you’ll build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, and improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. Bring a set of 5 lb. dumbbells, exercise mat, water bottle, and stretch band to class and learn some new exercises.
